Richard and Margaret say they are married 57 years in 1911, this would give a marriage c1854.
There is a Richard Hodges and Margaret Sullivan on the same page registered in Bantry 1858, a maybe.

FamilySearch has it also with father's names

May not be the correct couple odd course.

Some of that couples children

The Richard and Johnathan Baptisims match well with your family, it's looking like the correct couple.

There is no William or Richard Hodges in Griffith's Valuation but there is an Alice x 3 in Allihies and a Alicia x 4, 2 in Allihies, 1 Cloan and 1 Ballydonegan. Print date 1852. They could be just two women as some of the entries are just for Land or a garden, it would need more study.
Given that Richard called one of his daughters Alice, I wonder if she could be William's wife, Richard's mother.

Again just a possibility, following on from Alice in Griffith's there was a marriage of an Alice Seaberry to a William Hodges in 1822, Cork and Ross.
