Charles John Bradbury is the fella in the photo
We believe could have been born 1900 in Islington

The black tie is odd and the peaked cap was not the norm for a sgt at that time other than certain regiments such as the RHA or Guards.  The cap badge is neither of those but may be distorted by shine.

Can you magnify the shoulder title?

A high resolution scan may reveal the shoulder title and the cap badge....
