Marriage of James Miller and Margaret McMillan

Looking for info about the marriage of James Miller(B in Orkney 1822) and Margaret McMillan ( B ?)
Lived in Dumbarton in 1857 (he was a carpenter) to immigrate to Adelaide, South Australia. Daughter Mary Ann B in 1857 in Dumbarton.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

When did they emigrate as it may be possible to find them on census' prior to emigration?

Do you know if Mary Ann had siblings & what were their names/birth years/where born?
