Looking to trace the Parfitt family from Coventry

James CE Parfitt (1875-1953)
Alice Parfitt née Guerins (1890-1960)
Sons:
James Lewis Parfitt born 1918
Joseph Parfitt born 1929 - FindMyPast suggests a marriage to Glenda Thompson in 1958 but I haven't ordered this yet.

I found the parents on the 1939 Register but the other records are closed.

Joseph is born Joseph G Parfitt - any idea on the 'G'?

The younger son could still be alive - no death found.  My sister was born in 1929 and my aunt in 1928 - both still living so his details cannot be shown as Rootschat has a no living persons policy

No - not unless they went with his mother's maiden name as a middle.

Lewis James was named for her brother who died young. She also had a brother called Joseph but no other G names in her family.

Fair enough: I had looked for a death and not found one, but of course he could have moved from Coventry.

Glenda Marguerite Parfitt born 6th February 1934, died September quarter 1980 in Coventry.

Thanks again.
I'll order that marriage cert to make sure I'm on the right track.
