But 1911 does have a Frederick John age 2 mths in Greenwich, who isn't a child of Henry James or James Henry and Mary A, so this death might be that one!

Ah yes: in fact I think both died but I had picked the wrong death.

Yes.  It looks as though the eldest son Henry James, born close to the time of the marriage, stayed in the Greenwich area.  His birthdate is recorded in later documents as 10 May 1907, consistent with the 30 May 1907 baptism I found earlier in the name James Henry Wood.

It looks as though he was residing in Glenforth St around the time of WW2.  For more info you may wish to consult the 1939 Register, available on Findmypast.

Do you have a house number at Glenforth St from Bertha's birth cert?  I see that it is recorded as no 33 in the 1916 memorial notice, but that does not yield the family in 1911.
