Have you checked to see whether George and Elizabeth were with her family (Fentons) in 1841 and the surname mistranscribed. It looks as if her father Samuel died in 1840 and was buried in Minterne Magna, but I can't find her mother's death yet. She had a sister Emma (1824) and brother Herbert (1834) there may be others. Parent Samuel Fenton and Elizabeth Bennet Brown married in Dorchester in 1817, Elizabeth bapt in Salisbury, other siblings in Dorset. Emma was witness at Elizabeth and George's marriage and herself married in 1843 to John Thrush. The Thrushes later moved to London. Herbert Fenton appears on Dorset prison record in 1853. A newspaper report of the incident connects him to the Fox family.
I think Elizabeth's status in 1851 is widow. The image looks like a three letter word ending with "d"

Samuel Fenton's will is on Ancestry. His wife (Elizabeth Bennet Fenton nee Brown) is mentioned, so she died after him
