Felix was my  grandad.....sad i never got to meet him....from what iv been told he was the village drunk.....but everyone liked him....i know why he drank......some of you kindly cleaned up and coloured the pic of his brother billy for me.....can any magic be worked here.

I can work with this but the scan resolution (the number of dots in the photo) is low - 96 dots per inch (dpi). This means that there's not much detail in the digital photo. If you have the original photo, I suggest that you re-scan it with the highest resolution possible (1200, 660 or 300 dpi). You'll get  a much better quality photo back!
