Relevant or not? ??? This item-

In late May 1841 Barque Hindoo left for London with Mrs POW on board.

The article is from 25 May 1841 so I don't think that it is relevant to this family.

The Bath Chronicle and Weekly Gazette of 22 May 1823 has a bit more on the burglary of Miss Johnson's home. It seem the thieves removed a street lamp "to assist them in their depredations".  Footprints were left in the garden from which officers were able to trace Jacob Pow.

Ann SMITH was 21 and tried at Surrey on 3 January 1832 (as was noted earlier by Matthew, she was convict no 223) so born around 1811. Transported on the Hydery in 1832.
