hi i am trying to find out who lived at the above address in 1871.
my sister has received my great great grandad birth certificate and it states that albert phillips was born there.
his father was  john phillips and harriet selena phillips ne hayes
and they lived in 1881

It is possible to search some online census by address.  Try putting the street name into 'Keyword' on the census search page and put the town in the appropriate box - no other information
