Part Crew of HMT Jasper for repair please

Here we have the part crew of HMT Jasper which was torpedoed on 1st December 1942 any chance of tidying please

Well. I had to look up Fast Fourier transform and I can't see how it relates to this image, but as I am not in my heyday of youth, perhaps I am having a senior moment.
I have removed the lines and made it a bit sharper.

Great job, Pat! A 'Fast Fourier transform' filter/plugin (whatever it may be) is often recommended for finding and removing regular repeated patterns like lines, stripes, etc. But you obviously have the skill to do this without resorting to complicated software!
