Quite possible that he is the Harry Isgar was married to Irene Josephine Miller in 1919 in Cardiff, Glamorganshire, Wales.

This ancestry tree has more details
http://wc.rootsweb.ancestry.com/cgi-bin/igm.cgi?op=GET&db=20082010&id=I2064

Irenes parents were
David John Miller and Emma Maria Stone

Harry Isgar's baptism, 20 Sep 1894 at Roath, St Saviour, Glamorganshire, Wales

He is in the 1901 census at Roath with his parents if you have access to a pay site at a public library or friends place.

I wonder if the tree on A*****y is correct - It gives Phyliss' middle name as Muriel not May ???
It gives her d.o.b. as 12 Dec 1921 and her death as May 2002 in Devon

There is a death reg Phyllis Muriel Isgar born 12 Dec 1921 Death May 2002 Torridge Devon
as she was married to William T Wilson surely her death reg would be in the name of Wilson?

and a birth reg for Phylis M Isgar is reg Sept qtr 1922 Cardiff -so the d.o.b. doesn't "fit" either

On the link I posted she is just Phylis M Isgar. No mention of her middle names, are you logged into ancestry Suzard?

free bdm says this:
Births Sep 1922
Isgar    Phyllis M    Miller    Cardiff    11a   804

So there was a Sep 1922 Cardiff birth?
The siblings seem to match too

David when was the last date she was living in 232 heol trelai ely cardiff and are you sure she didn't die with a surname other than Wilson. Is she even deceased? We can't trace a living person in public out of respect for her possible living family

Hi -yes I am on A******y
as we both posted there is a birth reg 1922 for Phylis M Isgar  mother's maiden name Miller
http://www.rootschat.com/forum/Themes/genealogy/images/bbc/sub.gif
On the tree I mentioned d.o.b. is given as 12 Dec 1921 and death May 2002 Devon
but this is the death reg (and d.o.b. given on same record)for Phyllis Muriel Isgar
Surely we are looking for a death reg of Phyllis May Wilson??

think I may have solved the error on the a******y tree
the death reg of Phyliss Muriel Isgar is that of the wife of Idris Ronald Isgar.

Marriage reg FreeBMD
Dec qtr 1945 Bideford
Idris R Isgar
Phyliss M Wicketts
5b 1105

Idris Ronald died 6 Nov 1988 his death reg reads Idris R Isgar born 9 July 1922 death reg Nov 1988 Stratton Cornwall

he was born Sept qtr 1922 Cardiff  mother's maiden name King-maybe further back there is  some connection to Phyllis May Isgar from birth
