1939 Register Notes

Hi, I've been digging into my family history can have happened upon a note in the 1939 register that I just can't read I would be very grateful of any help. A picture should be attached.

"For earlier  ?  refer  ? see page 1."

Is it possible to show this again without the top and ends of words cut off, so we can see if letters are l or t.

Is it possible to show this again without the top and ends of words cut off, so we can see if letters are l or t.

There is a closed record above which is cutting off the top. So not a lot I can do about.

Thank you for your help, it appears that I was over thinking what it said.

Could be

"for earlier prop refer back, see page 1 " ie earlier property where they lived.

I wonder if it is connected with the bit above as well as it doesn't start with a capital letter?

'Postings' are the things we never get to see, the notes on the redacted part of the right-hand page
