Hi and welcome to rootschat what sort of information are you looking for ? Do you have him on census records etc ..This looks like the marriage 1896 Philadelphia Pennsylvania US to Annie Nelson ...Is it his parents you are looking for ..It might be best to say what information you already have on Robert Kelso

Robert Kelso born 22 Dec.1874 Lislea

Robert Kelso born 12 Sept.1874 Kinallen

Other possibilities on same site but none match that exact birthdate. Does marriage certificate not also list names of parents?

Added- I should have more details on this family in my files

Death certificate names the parents mentioned on reply 2 just  the index for the marriage
1900 census has his birth as Dec 1873

Probably Kelso would have been pronounced Kelsey, it would be in Scotland where the name originates!

I've only ever heard it pronounced Kelso here but in 1909 son's death registered as Kelso not Kelsey-

Kelso in 1904- https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:V1M4-3YX
