Help Needed With Irish Emigrant Record

I  have posted a snip from a Bounty Application for emigration to Australia on the Deciphering Board, and it has been suggested to me that someone on this board may be able to help, as James Jess emigrated from Cork, so I  am pasting a link to the thread on here.

Rev O J Herbert is on the Slater, National Commercial Directory of Ireland (1846) at 2 Parkview Terrace, Cork

The address on the Bounty application form for James Jess seems to be Lace Lane, Cork.
