Mary Pinder (B1840), from Bridlington/Kilham, East Yorkshire

I cannot find any further detail on May Pinder, Born 1840 Kilham area. Father was Stephen Pinder (B1803-1882), Mother is Mary Ann Coulson  (b1806-1886).
Mary Pinder is in the 1841 and 1851 England census, but that's where I lose the trail. The family emigrated to Canada around 1853, but there is no trace of her in Canadian records either.

1851 census has Stephen and Mary Ann with children
Mary Pinder b 1840 Hilderthorpe,Yorks.....so is Hilderthorpe near Kilham ?
they are living in Bridlington in 1851 census - and Bessingby in 1841 census.

Hilderthorpe is in the Domesday Book and is the Manor House of Bridlington -

It looks like she possibly could have married in 1861 as Pender  - father as Stephen Pender - mother as Mary Ann Couldin ??...do you think this might be her

Looks a very possible to me - don't forget you had French people as well in Canada and a French curate could quite easily have misspelt a couple of names ....good luck ...
