I was hoping for some more help on the same subject

On my tree I only have Mary Quin and William Mulholland with one child.

Mary Ann Mulholland. (My great great grandmother)

As William and Mary were married in Loughgall, Armagh, Northern Ireland in 1853 and Mary Ann wasn't born until 1861 - This has got me thinking about the possibility of more children - I've check the Irish Census from early to mid 1800's but no mulhollands listed - there are a few in 1901 but too much of a time fame missing for me to connect any potential descendants.

Any thoughts

The first complete census is 1901- only small fragments of earlier ones for a few areas survive- so not sure what you checked

You haven't mentioned religion but if they were Catholic then parish registers for the mid-1800s might be online or available elsewhere.

I have been trying to reach the person who was seeking information on the above Cullen from Tullygarron.
Frank Cullen (Son) moved from Tullygarron to Ballinagallia in Armagh, married and had a Family. My Father Tommy acquired the Family Farm and had 5 children. I reside in Melbourne AUSTRALIA, all my Father's Brothers moved to the USA leaving him and a Sister Margaret in Ireland. My Uncle Owen helped establish the Clancy Cullen business in New York which is still trading. I hope this assists in some small way.

Message from new member Tom, who I am helping to reply to this topic

My Grandfather Frank was born in Tullygarron and moved to a farm in Ballinagallia Armagh. His Father was Owen from Tullygarron who may be the person whom you are seeking.
Please do not hesitate to contact should you wish to explore further.
Thank you

I'm new to genealogy and new to this forum, but joined based on a Google search that turned up Cullens of Armagh.  My grandmother's father was Dennis Quinn Cullen and her mother was Susan Ann Kelly Cullen, Dennis' first wife.  My grandmother's name was Mary Frances Cullen Mower.  We really have no information on Susan Ann Kelly Cullen, except that we know she died in 1895, when our grandmother was young and we know Dennis was re-married to Mary Freeman.  We know they had 2 children, only one of whom I knew.  Her name was Anna Cullen Hagan.  Based on my read of this string, it sounds like the best way to trace Susan Kelly's roots is to check Catholic parish registers.  I followed the link below and was a little overwhelmed.  How do you determine which parish to check?  Or, do you just start with the county and go through the parishes one by one?  Thanks for any help!

That seems amazing.  I haven't been able to find anything on her, but after doing some research today, started thinking that even though she seems to have been born in Ireland, maybe her family originated in Scotland.  Of course, I'm just jumping to conclusions.  It's too early in my search to know anything.  Would you be willing to share any information on her and her past?
