The only birth/baptism to those parents would appear to be Edwin Sydney Gove 1817 Marykirk Kincardine(shire).

Hello, thank you for your reply, as far as I know Margaret did have a brother Edwin Sydney Ogilve Gove born 1817 Marykirk, Kincardineshire, died 1886 Fettercairn.
Also  a sister Susan Gove born 1804 Marykirk, Kincardineshire, died 1874 Ferryden.
I have Margaret's death certificate , she died in 1871 in Dundee, Angus and her parents were Francis Gove and Mary Ogilvie.
I have not found her birth as yet, but will keep looking ....many thanks

Susan Gove born 1804 Marykirk
Margaret Gove born around 1815 in Fettercairn
Edwin Sydney Ogilve Gove born 1817 Marykirk, Kincardineshire, died 1886 Fettercairn.

There seems a bit of a gap between Susan & Margaret....

Could there perhaps have been other siblings too?

I have a lot of Goves in my tree.
My Mother was Martha Begg Gove, and I have traced this line back to Thomas Gove, born in 1721 in St Cyrus. His father was also Thomas Gove.
The younger Thomas married Elizabeth Fife in St Cyrus in 1742. She was born in Benholm in 1723.
They had the following children
Christian b 1744
Thomas b 1746
John b 1750
Alexander b 1752
James b 1755
William b 1757
Elspet b 1763

My line comes through Alexander.

Any connection to your line?
