Stephen Bryant born 1765 Westerleigh, married to Mary Rapell in 1795.  On ancestry there are trees with Mary's maiden name as Fussell but the marriage I came across says Rapell.

I have got FUSSELL's of Somersetshire in my tree. Because of the writing the SS appears like a P so it's very possible FUSSELL has been transcribed as RAPELL because it actually looks like it!

Had a look at the National Archives -   25 hits these include

and searched for Bryant in Westerleigh
1798: (held at Bristol Archives)

Westerleigh:
