We believe he had two sisters, Betty and Maureen, but whether they were older or younger is unknown.

Yes it's very simple and they will email the cert, pity you can't order online that's the only snag, of course you can also only pay in euro which can be a stumbling block for some people.

If there was any chance he had a sibling born on or before 1915 (still waiting for 1916 to came online) their cert image will be on that site, the parents marriage will probably be there when you get the names.
