I haven't moved all day from the computer Rosie  at times doing my head..
After 35 yrs of research   never thought i be following family to the USA lol  its bowled me over.
i am now thinking only four sons went   Benjamin, Thomas, Emanuel   who i think was a prof of music and henry,

So a very big thank you

I can't find Henry who married Maria marriage so perhaps they married in USA.

I have started writing a book on the family, thats when you really find that you are missing stuff.
cheer  Ann

Hi Ann,

Although there is a find a grave entry, it doesn't give the marriage date or the date Henry/Harry passed.  This is what it said - "Henry & wife Maria in Allegheny Co PA in 1850 & in Belmont Co Ohio in 1870 & 1880. Henry was christened 13 March 1823 in Oldbury s/o William & Sarah. There is a bio in Caldwell's History of Belmont & Jefferson Counties that says Henry came to USA in 1848 & settled in Cuyahoga Falls. Later moved to Pittsurgh & then to Martins Ferry in 1854. He married Maria Bradshaw 4 December 1849

https://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GRid=176606587&ref=acom

Before 1852 marriages were recorded at Church Level in Pennsylvania.

Here is a little more info on Henry Warwood born Staffordshire 1823  who founded Warwood Tool Company in 1854 -
The company remained in Martins Ferry until January 1892 when Henry retired
