The CalverleyInfo website includes a section for Nidderdale records, which may be worth looking at.

I think this link should take you there: http://www.calverley.info/home.htm
but if not, go to http://www.calverley.info/calv_enter.htm and click the Nidderdale tab in the menu at the foot of the page.
Researching among others:
Bartle, Bilton, Bingley, Campbell, Craven, Emmott, Harcourt, Hirst, Kellet(t), Kennedy,
Meaburn, Mennile/Meynell, Metcalf(e), Palliser, Robinson, Rutter, Shipley, Stow, Wilkinson

I googled > ("Hannah + Whiteley" + 1789 + York Prison) < and this came up:

Extract from:  "Criminal chronology of York castle; with a register of criminals capitally convicted and executed at the County assizes, commencing March 1st, 1379, to the present time .."

Hannah Whiteley, wife of John Whiteley, of Hampathwwte [sic], for poisoning John Rhodes, a boy five years old, at the above place. It appears that "alie"[?] was related to the family, and put arsenic into a pie with intent to poison the whole of them.

Hannah Whiteley. Native  of  Hampsthwaite.
Imprisoned at York Castle for Poisoning  John  Rhodes,  5 years old, at Hampsthwaite.
Executed Monday 3rd August 1789 at Tyburn, without/beyond Micklegate Bar.

There's a bit of info in various papers;

John was the son of Thomas Rhodes

Sheffield Register, Yorkshire, Derbyshire, & Nottinghamshire Universal Advertiser 06 June 1789

...she had put a quantity of arsenic into the family pie, of which 6 persons dined at the sane time. The remaining five were much affected with the poison, but by using proper means are now in a fair way of recovery

It seems to be much the same report in every paper, I was just going to see if I could find anything else.

So far all I can find is that in the Hampsthwaite burials, the son is recorded as Joseph son of Thomas Rhodes
