QUINN
« on: Saturday 24 June 17 15:06 BST (UK) »
Hello all, I am looking for some help in finding the parents of WILLIAM QUINN born 1898-1900 Armagh. I have been told through old family memories that he married a Susan Cullen around 1919, maybe his cousin ?but not sure if these memories can be relied upon.  Any help is greatly appreciated..............Thank you from Heather

Can't see a marriage in Ireland for a Susan Cullen to a Quinn. You can use this site to check for William's marriage yourself, his birth, etc.-

Have you found William in 1901 and 1911 census- hopefully with relatives-

What happened to William Quinn after he married in about 1919?  Did he emigrate or did he stay in Ireland? Any other details that you might know about him?

They stayed in Ireland.   His full name  is William James Quinn, I have found one in 1911 census living with sisters and brothers, i am currently going through all of their names trying to find who their parents were.....the same names of brothers and sisters i cant find in the 1901 census.........i am still looking.

If you post the link for the 1911 census family we might be able to help find details on that family so that you could either rule then out or confirm they are the right family.

Go to census page that you've found, highlight url (usually right clicking in centre of it works) then copy and paste into message.
