At least I wasn't going crazy  ;)

Martin (grandfather)
Martin (great-grandfather)
John (great-great-grandfather)

But the marriage of John Quinn that was found in the church register also has wife Catherine Conneran and having children around same time as Martin Quinn & Catherine Conneran?

Line 40 Martin Quinn to Catherine Conneran, fathers John Quinn and Pat Conneran.
I'm totally confused now.

Must remember not to try to read parish registers on iphone as it seemed to have cut off the left bit of the page  :-[

What originally confused me is that OP said "Martin Quinn, born 1889 in Prosberry, Keeloges East Galway migrated to New York early 1900's.  He was my Grandfather."
Then I found what seemed to be the correct Martin Quinn with father also called Martin but then OP posted " I had managed to trace back to the 1901 data as well. And I believe I traced his father back to a John Quinn, which makes sense since it was my fathers name as well.  I was wondering if there was a site that would reveal the name and other relevant information about the spouse of John Quinn, my great, grandfather, circa 1850"

aghadowey….OP=origional post?
I must have missed something in my hasty research yesterday….I saw Great Grandfather Martin Quinn
( call him Martin #1) married Catherine Conneran and they had 11 children, one of whom was also named Martin, who turned out to be my grandfather (call him Martin #2). Griffiths evaluation (I think it is called) showed a John Quinn as Martin#1's father but did not show a spouse name….

OP=Original Poster  ;)

John Quinn, my great, grandfather, circa 1850 should have been John Quinn my great-great-grandfather.

Griffith's Valuation doesn't give relationships so impossible to say that it shows John Quinn as father of Martin #1 although it's logical since Sinann found the marriage of Martin #1 giving his father as John Quinn.

Martin #1?  Or Martin #2 (my Grandfather).  I have that document.
