on irishgenealogy for those that stayed......
Give a man a record and you feed him for a day.
Teach a man to research, and you feed him for a lifetime.

I stand corrected - apparently two townlands Gortnaclassagh in Galway (the townlands site only brought up the one earlier)

This should be the correct townland-

Very confusing deaths and headstone
Mary Morrin Aug 12th 1922 informant Pat Morrin (sorry wrong Mary)
https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/deaths_returns/deaths_1922/05067/4388915.pdf
Patrick Morrin age 85 Oct 10th 1924 married informant wife Kate Morrin
https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/deaths_returns/deaths_1924/05023/4372948.pdf

Michael Morrin 23 Sep 1949 age 80 married informant hospital nurse ?
https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/deaths_returns/deaths_1949/04534/4194967.pdf

headstone transcription
Mary Morrin died Nov 26th age 72 no year given
Patrick Morrin died Oct 10th 1924 age 85
Michael Morrin died Sep 23rd 1949

transcription about half way down page
http://www.igp-web.com/IGPArchives/ire/mayo/cemeteries/cong-old.txt

the only thing i can think happended there is that possibly Michael's wife Kate was the informant on Patrick's death
