Hi I am trying to find information about Frederick Holman lived in the Peckham/Camberwell area but do not know where he was born. He lived with Margaret Louise Kelly but was not married and had two children Jack/John Frederick Kelly and Kathleen Margaret Kelly. Because they were not married I am unable to find birth details.

Couple of possible service records for a Frederick Holman born c1889 Croydon, Surrey which mentions parents Frederick and Sarah and brothers George and Robert.
Needs a little more looking into but a possible start. ADDED...possibly not your Frederick as there are several Fred Holmans out there.

Hi did Frederick Holman die March qtr 1962 Camberwell 5c 302 aged 72, and a Margaret Louise Holman born 4th May 1891 died 12th February 1979 Erith and was buried 21st February 1979 Erith Cemetery, is this Margaret?

Her brother Frederick John Kelly, mmn Fielder, Mar qtr 1889 Camberwell, is likely to be the one with them in 1930s electoral rolls.
