Hello,

This lady was my g. aunt. She was in the Civil Service during WW2 and was awarded the OBE.

Can someone please suggest a website where I can check the details?

Is it details of the OBE award you are after?

All awards are mentioned in The London Gazette (www.thegazette.co.uk).
But usually there's just a name.
The citations are not published :-\

A local newspaper may have more details?
Garrad (Suffolk, Essex, Somerset), Crocker (Somerset), Vanstone (Devon, Jersey), Sims (Wiltshire), Bridger (Kent)
