Welcome to RootsChat! ;D

A quick Google search finds a few viewers?

http://www.lotusnotestooutlook.com/nsf-viewer.html for example?

Give a man a record and you feed him for a day.
Teach a man to research, and you feed him for a lifetime.

there are some tools available like NSF Open File Too(where you can view data)
https://www.openfiletool.com/nsfopen.html

or convert NSF to pst (So that you can use pst to open in outlook)
