1861 Rebecca is with William Burgess and his wife Elizabeth, relationship to head is sister in law. William married Elizabeth James in 1855

Just had a turn up for the books with this one...

Found Jabez as witness to Charles Patrick marriage.. in 1823

So this link shows  that he was part of the family its all firming up nicely.
