Death of Marjorie Agnes Moody (Jordan)

Marjorie Agnes Moody b. 12 Dec 1906 in Rangiora married Thomas Frederick Joseph Jordan on 14 Sep 1931.

Marjorie (sometimes Marjory) and her husband were storekeepers in the Rangiora area until the death of her husband in 1967. She appears on two more ERs after that until 1972 listed as a widow.

Thomas died 9 Sep 1967 and is buried in St Barnabas Anglican Cemetery, Woodend.
New Zealand, Cemetery Records, 1800-2007 for Canterbury, Woodend - St Barnabas Anglican shows " Husb & Father, Thomas Frederick Jordan, d 9 Sept 1967" in Area 4, Row A, record# 238.

However, another Cemetery record for 'Woodend : Anglican' shows Area 4, Row A, record# 267
"Husb & Father, Thomas Frederick Jordan, d 9 Sept 1967 AND
Also Marjorie Agnes, d 11 Aug 1980, wife & mother"

I'm guessing that Marjorie is not buried there, but perhaps a family member has added the reference to her as a memorial.

I have not been able to find any other reference to her death. It's possible she re-married after 1972 but I'm not sure how we can check the date she died or find her death under a different surname?

Any suggestions welcomed.
