« on: Saturday 01 July 17 15:52 BST (UK) »
Hi,

Could some one help to find Joseph Bonney who was born c 1864 St,Helens Lancashire I am led to believe he arrived New York 1905 any help appreciated to find him after this date.

I have Joseph's information before 1905 but at this point is not relevant to the search.

Thanks Margie.

Hi,

There was a New York Passenger List - Joseph Bonney - aged 39 yars - machinist - last residence Warrington - going to Brooklyn NY to brother Mr William Bonney - could be 427 53 Street Brooklyn New York. arrived on the Etruria - 21 May 1905 -
You should be able to pick the passenger list up on the Ellis Island site (free to register)

The address on that one is 427 53rd St., so it seems to match the one on the passenger list.  https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:MK9R-ZJF  The image has Joseph mislabeled as William's son.

I found an obit for William Bonney who died in Floral Park, New York on 6 Dec. 1939 on www.fultonhistory.com.  He was survived by brothers Edward and Richard Bonney, 3 sisters, and two children.  You can also see it here - https://bklyn.newspapers.com/image/52636205/?terms=%22william%2Bbonney%22
