I have the death of Arthur Frederick Bines on 9th March 2016 at James Paget hospital, Gorleston, Great Yarmouth, he was cremated on 6th April 2016.  I don't suppose anyone has access to the local paper in order that I can find out if he had any children in an obituary.  Many thanks

Arthur left a Will, which might name family members. A copy costs £10 and is usually emailed within a few days.

A death or funeral announcement in a local newspaper might not list family; if he was well known and active in the community then an obituary might have been published.
