Hi if you look at the 1881 census for Market Harborough, Leicestershire you will find a possible Elizabeth aged 53 b Rushall married to a Joseph Northan 72 b Leicestershire, in household is a married James Cook 20 Visitor b Rushall.
Census Ref RG11/3119/76/23

EDIT The child on the 1881 is Edwin George Northan baptism 2nd July 1871 Great Bowden Father Joseph occ Parish Clerk Mother Elizabeth

Possibly not her as a Joseph Northan married an Elizabeth McDonald March qtr 1868 Market Harbourough

The James Cook aged 20 above is the son of William Cook & Jane Brown who married 1858 Pewsey, William is the brother of Elizabeth?

Just to note the Elizabeth Cook - Alexander McDonald marriage in Exeter in1853 isn't her, even though they're in Wiltshire in 1861. They're still together in 1871
