Mary Thomas, Pencoed
« on: Monday 03 July 17 16:42 BST (UK) »
Hello, Trying to find out more about my Thomas family from Pencoed.  Im trying to find out what happened to Mary Ann Thomas born 1878 in Coychurch & then family moved to Pencoed. I have found her on all census and maybe on 1901 census but not sure.  After that she has just disappeared, havent found her on 1911 census or a death/burial for her.  Imformation from an aunt that has since died is that she never married and moved to Neath.  She had a son, Ivor Thomas in 1898 who I have traced to Neath/Glyn Neath and found out a lot about him and his family including where he lived and is buried, but no sign of his mother Mary.
Have just come across the 1939 register but not sure how that works whether she would be on that if she was still alive then that is.
Any help would be great, as she is the only member of the family that I have not been able to trace.
Thanks Jan
