Charles HORNE born circa 1818, Wellingborough, was a shoemaker in 1839.Joined Brit. Army in January 1839
(51st Reg. of Foot - Kings Own Infantry)
Do.... All Hallows , Wellingborough parish registers exist ?
Charlie does not appear on IGI !!!!
His parents names unknown !
Help welcomed.

Thanks for the words of encouragement. 
Contiguous parishes does indeed mean 'those parishes whose borders touch', where Wellingborough fits in is unclear.

Correct, short for Karen, my best bud always called me Kaz in school and it kind of stuck with people who have known me a long time. 
I don't envy you a Roberts, fine Welsh name though.
