Hi.

Edward Carter of Orrell, 1827 married Mary Barrow of Halliwell, 1829 in Wigan on 26 Feb 1849.

1861 has the pair with Alice 11, Mary Jane 7, Elizabeth 5 and Edward 3.

I think I have a death for Mary in 1863 aged 33 in Wigan.

No sign of the others from 1871 on.

Hello Phil,

A published tree has the family in USA.

This looks like Edward, with children Lizzie And Edward in 1880 in Illinois. You could look around Family Search site for them in 1870.

The tree shows that Alice married Charles Henry Kane in 1869 so she will be Mrs Kane in 1870.
