please can someone tell me if this is the same person I think it is but need a 2ND opinion 1881 census rg11 2343 89 3 Elisabeth prisk born 1814 marazion and 1891 census rg12 1893 37 17 Elizabeth prisk born 1813 st Hilary

I wouldn't rush to any conclusions without following each of them carefully through censuses and other records.  Even a quick glance reveals more than one Elizabeth Prisk of the right age in the area in 1871!

1881 also has an Elizabeth Prisk bn St Hilary, age 66,  RG11 2343 72 11 - so she could well be the one you have found on 1891, rather than the one you found in 1881 who was bn Marazion?

Elizabeth's late husband William was a blacksmith who died in 1876 st hilary

What was Elizabeth's maiden name?

Is this the marriage:
15th February 1834  at St Hilary
William Prisk, bachelor, otp    to Elizabeth Rowe, spinster, otp
Garrad (Suffolk, Essex, Somerset), Crocker (Somerset), Vanstone (Devon, Jersey), Sims (Wiltshire), Bridger (Kent)

There is this baptism on Cornwall OPC Database?

12th April 1816   at St Hilary, Marazion
Elizabeth Jane Rowe  daughter of Alexander (a shipwright) and Jane Rowe
Garrad (Suffolk, Essex, Somerset), Crocker (Somerset), Vanstone (Devon, Jersey), Sims (Wiltshire), Bridger (Kent)

That baptism appears to be at St Hilary , not Marazion ?
