That could be him.
On one site he is transcribed as Holliday. The entry above him is John Holliday but Thomas looks more like Holtby.

The image is definitely Holtby.

Thomas Houltby baptised on 13th November 1825, son of William, labourer, and Sarah.

William Houltby married Mary Dowse on 18 Jan 1825 in Quadring.

John Holtby  1 month Spalding

Can't see Thomas .

On this one John is 1 month old, but the only John's were born in 1853 and 1855.  Could this possibly be the wrong family?

Does this mean Mary Dowse and Sarah are one in the same person?

Apologies: Thomas was the son of William and Mary, not Sarah.

The names are sometimes recorded as Houtby but the images are not very clear.

Children:-
Thomas - 1825 as before
John - bapt 25th February 1827 (possible death 1834)
William - bapt 12th April 1829
Mary Ann - bapt 5 or 6th June 1831 buried 16th June
James - bapt 6th May 1832 buried 13th Jan 1833
Frances - 8th December 1833
James bapt - 24th April 1836

William, the father was buried on 13th Jan 1837 and Mary on 10th Jan (both aged 40)

In 1841 James and William Jnr are recorded as Holtby in Spalding Union Workhouse.

1841 Fen Bank, Quadring
Thomas Dowse 60 1781 b Lincolnshire
Elizabeth Dowse 70 1771 b Lincolnshire
Frances Holtby 7  b Lincolnshire

David

P.S. - Frances Holtby of Spalding Union Workhouse buried on 6th March 1854 at Spalding St Mary St Nicolas
