Thomas Ross & Christina Munro/Murrie
« on: Friday 07 July 17 00:27 BST (UK) »
Hi Folks,

After a brick wall broken by DNA Match and a fresh eye on my Mother's ancestry, I believe that my 5th Great Grandparents were Thomas Ross and Christina Munro/Murrie.

Their daughter Christina ( abt 1789 - 1869 ) married Alexander Sharp.

Christina and Alexander's son William ( abt 1815 - 1894 ) married Margaret Sharp ( abt 1813 - 1885).  Margaret was from Clackmannan as well.

Any other distant relatives from this line?

"Their daughter Christina ( abt 1789 - 1869 ) married Alexander Sharp"

Does Christina's DC not give both parents names including mother's maiden name?

Hi Annie,

I got the dates from some Ancestry public trees so I have yet to go to Scotlands People and have a look for her Death Certificate.
