Harry RUDGLEY - where were you before 1911?

Harry Rudgley & Mabel Bessie Huntingford married 3q 1904 Guildford 2a 229.
They had a daughter Ethel born about 1902 in Woking/ Worplesdon, all living in Woking in 1911.
I cannot find any more and hope you can help in finding the missing information.

Harry RUDGLEY born ca 1873 in Winchester Hampshire – seeking his parents as well
Ethel RUDGLEY born ca 1902 in Woking Surrey

I have not found them on the GRO births yet using variations of the surname.
