The file for that divorce is indexed at NSW State Archives online :

The action commenced in 1912 and the file is numbered 174. 

 VON BENKE Elizabeth  v VON BENKE Guyla

These files can contain the 'evidence' presented to the NSW Supreme Court ... this often includes 'proof of marriage' (cannot divorce without proof of marriage), and birth certificates for children of the marriage, particularly if seeking orders for maintenance etc.

Modified to add: I'm not convinced that the child custody mentioned in the preview to the article relates to the von Benkes though, there is a "..." between the phrases, and I suspect other names in between. Meaning that the child custody possibly relates to a different couple .

Elizabeth von Benke (formerly Fitzhenry) applied to Mr, Justice Gordon in the Divorce Court today, for a dissolution of her marriage with Gyula von Benke, on the ground of desertion. The petitioner, who was represented by Mr. R., W. Fraser, said she married the respondent in June, 1899, at Surry Hills. They lived together till December, 1908, when he left her saying he was going to Melbourne and then to Adelaide with Anderson's Theatrical Company. He was working as a property man.  Her husband bade her good-bye, and promised to write to her but he failed to do so, and she hadn't seen him since. Her husband was of Hungarian descent.
His Honor granted a decree, nisi, returnable in six months.

Received 'photo' copies of the Von Benke divorce and it stated no children from the marriage of Elizabeth and Gyula Von Benke.
