The one in the original post age 11, would be the same one who married Costello, then six years later Smith. I wouldn't have thought that ages are exact on many of these documents as they are only as good as the person giving the information (based on knowing the birthyear and having basic math skills for calculation). Therefore to be a year or two out over the three records is not troubling at all.
Everything seems to indicate it is the same Catherine.

However, the occupation of father Jeremiah is given as Cordwainer - which was not his occupation as far as I can tell. Possible it is a recording error.
