I don't have access to the census record images at the moment. What I usually do is go through a number of pages worth of records looking at the addresses and occupations. I think the name "Rock" puts the location in the vicinity of Rock Point. Try to identify the location by the order that they were recorded noting those addresses that can be identified on maps. The houses don't seem to appear on maps from the late 19th century they may have been replaced by new housing.

Yes that is what I did.  Everyone before and after seem to be similar level of status and most have Rock as the address. In the midst of the pages, there is a Mill St. Then later, it switches to Magazine St.  A few pages back, it is Rake Lane.

No other description other than the one I included in my initial post.  Thanks again for your help.
