Hello you kind people. Is there anyone who has access to the Toronto Telegram Obits of 1941? There is an entry for a Lillian Filshie which I'd like the transcription if possible. I'm sorry but I don't know the date... I'm in Perth Western Australia and believe this newspaper is on microfilm only. Thanks in advance! Maggie ;D

Hi,

I don't have access to the Toronto Telegram, but there is an obituary for Lillian Filshie in the Toronto Daily Star newspaper... on August 2, 1941, page 28. 

It says that Lillian died on August 2, 1941 at Toronto.  She was the mother of Thomas of 254 Lansdowne Ave and of James with the C.A.S.C. overseas.  Interment Prospect Cemetery.
