The GRO birth index lists the 1898 Dec birth with mother's maiden name Greet and there is a possible marriage in 1894 of a Daniel Brown to an Annie Elizabeth Greet in Southampton

I wonder if this is the family in 1901 in Southampton with Leonard's christian names switched
