TS Exmouth
« on: Wednesday 12 July 17 01:43 BST (UK) »
Hi,
I'm looking for some pointers to where to look next in a search!

I'm looking for a Hector Chalmers who was admitted to the TS Exmouth in 1914. I have his record log but it only has his admission date on it, no discharge or service etc.

I loose him until he marries in 1923. He seems to have gained a profession as a steel erector/scaffolder during this time.

Any help would greatly appreciated.

Thanks

The Admission & Discharge Register is at LMA but as the period covered is 1907 to 1933 it's not available for general access.

Might be worth contacting them to find out what your options are
Middlesex: KING,  MUMFORD, COOK, ROUSE, GOODALL, BROWN
Oxford: MATTHEWS, MOSS
Kent: SPOONER, THOMAS, KILLICK, COLLINS
Cambs: PRIGG, LEACH
Hants: FOSTER
Montgomery: BREES
Surrey: REEVE

Discharge cards for surnames A-L for 1920-25 seem to be available though
