Ellen bap 31.12.1838 St Peters buried 22.9.1839 aged 8m
John bap 7.12.1835 St Peters buried 11.3.1836 aged 4m
Samuel bap 25.11.1838 St Peters (may have been buried 25.3.1839 transcript says aged 16 but might be wrong) - checked image says 16 years so no idea on this one

I'm glad you have FindMyPast Willow as I couldnt find the Marriage anywhere.

Familysearch has 2 possible Bapts for Mary under Watkin;
29 Sept 1811 to EDWARD/JANE Ellesmere
13 Jan 1811 to EDWARD/SARAH Montford

According to Genuki page for Baschurch (where Mary says she is born 1851);
Ellesmere is 8 miles from there and Montford 4 miles.

Yes those were the only two baptisms I could find for her too

Looking at the image for the Mary born to Edward and Jane there place of residence is given as Kenwood the other baptism doesn't give a place of residence

Just fishing around there is a Ann WATKINS/William BLINCOE Marriage 1841 Wolverhampton.
Her Father is Edward a Labourer.
Havent found them on Census yet (to establish Anns pob/dob) but just found this;
