Ellen Keast South Australia
« on: Friday 14 July 17 18:49 BST (UK) »
I know James Johns PHILLIPS went to australia onboard the Lady Milton in 1865. He travelled with his wife Johanna nee KEAST and baby son also James. I have found an on line tree which shows that Johanna died in  1879 Cross Roads, Moonta, South Australia, Australia and that James then married her sister Ellen in 1881 Moonta, South Australia.
I would like to confirm these facts and find when Ellen went to Australia I wonder if other members of her family also wentwith her.
I will be very grateful for any help you can give me.

On the '61 Ellen is still 8 ;D, Joanna 21.

Jamjar

Added: on the '71 she is a tin worker aged 26, living with parents and siblings Mary and George.

On the '81 it is just Mary Jane married to John Henry Richards and mother Elizabeth, a widow, living with them.

Trees,
If you are wishing for assistance in searching for William in Australia, it would be advisable to give more information.

We do not know,
Parents
Full name
Birth date
Spouse
And so on.

Some in the Australian forum have resources not available online.
