Apart from Rose Brunsdon (sister of Frances - mentioned earlier) There was also another sister Eleanor/Ellen Kealy born 1880 who also immigrated to Canada - so this could be the reason Frances also left the UK.
Canadian Passenger List - 22 November 1920 - shows William Kealy aged 44 years and family returning Liverpool to Quebec on the Metagama. Mrs E Kealy aged 40 years - Florence aged 9 years - Gladys aged 7 years-  phyllis aged 5 years born Canada.  Maud aged 3 years and Frederick aged 6 months. Had been in Canada 1913 - 1920.

3 August 1913 - Ascania - William aged 37 years - travelled alone.

Attestation Papers for William Kelay - dated 5 September 1915 - William husband of Eleanor/Ellen Carey Kealy.

Would be interesting to see if an obituary could be found for Eleanor Kealy who according to an ancestry tree passed away 13 March 1952 Toronto.  Would the obituary mention Frances  ??? Husband William Kealy passed away 6 November 1957.
