Help,Lucy Poole buriel place.

Im looking for my great grandmother Lucy Poole, nee Wood. Her parents are Emmanuel and Caroline, Lucy was born Stairfoot, Ardsley,  Barnsley,In 1860, She married George  Henry poole 1854 -1913, on 7th march 1880,  George henry died in 1913, and I have found he is buried in Barnsley cemetery, his grave no is x/-/537. I went to find him but no sign now of any marker, I really wanted to find him and her name as well. I just thought maybe she remarried but I haven't managed to find a new marriage, Any help will be great. Mags.

Was he buried in a public graveo - it's unlikely Lucy would be buried there as well if she died sometime after him.

Have you already ruled out the Lucy Poole 1920 marriage in Barnsley which is on freebmd - spouse Arthur Oakes

Freebmd also has a death in 1931 for Lucy Oakes b 1860

The 1911 index has an Arthur Oakes born 1865 living in Barnsley

Thanks  I have just looked at that but no age on the information  so that's a not sure, and I think she died in 1931, I will look for a marriage certificate  in that name though just in case,Thanks for your help.

Thanks so much I have found she has married Arthur oaks but shes buried with my gt granddad , Result.
