I think I've just seen Canada below the Admitted stamp.

Which makes me think I might be able to see [T]oron[t]o under the TROL of Control.

59 [.....]AIR AVE TORONTO [..] CANADA

maybe?

But it doesn't like ON or ONT between what might be Toronto and Canada, and I can't think what else would go between those two words?

1962 Canada Voters List has him at 59 Playfair Ave., York, Ontario.
